No Filter, Just Paradise.

It’s been a while since I last wrote… and a lot has happened since.

In the last article, I was in the most beautiful country of my travels, Peru. Words cannot explain my love for this country. The Andes Mountains, the beaches, The Huacachina Oasis, The Amazons, Machu Picchu, and the powerful Energy of The Sacred Valley, which is known as the heart of The Inca Empire.

From swimming with the nursing sharks in Belize (Mom please don’t worry, they were completely harmless) to drinking crystal clear water from the springs in the coast of Brazil, to snorkeling next to a school of fish, to making fire and watching the Eclipse in Bolivia, to now enjoying the Carnival in Rio… the list goes on.

I have met awesome individuals that makes me smile about the future of our planet.

I have learned how to make better connections with Mother Nature, with people from all walks of life, and most importantly with myself.

It is as if another door has been opened for me… a new and fresh outlook on life 🙂

As I decided to set out on this journey, my goal was to take a risk and explore the unknown, and in my humble opinion, I have succeeded.

So, I want to shout out to all those who went the opposite way, the way that wasn’t approved by many. And to those who are contemplating it, because that also counts… well, if you actually end up doing it 😉

From my experience, I know that sometimes we get carried away by what society, media or even our loved ones tell us… buy this, get that, act like this, do that…

I believe that each and every one of us is unique, and came to this planet to serve a purpose, whatever it may be. Life is more than just waking up in the morning, being stuck in traffic, getting to work, sitting behind a computer, and constantly thinking about 5 pm or the weekend. And during the weekend run errands, and get ready for the next week.

To some leaving your job, and pursuing your dreams might sound outrageous, and to some it may sound awesome. All I’m trying to say is to follow your heart.

Do what makes you happy 🙂

Because, as Kris Carr says:

You have star stuff in your bones, creativity in your soul, and sunshine in your heart, you can do anything.

Love.
